Patios, Pavers & Retaining Walls in Moses Lake, WA
From a paver patio behind a new build to retaining walls that turn a slope toward the lake into usable yard, we build hardscapes across Moses Lake: concrete and paver patios, block retaining walls, steps and walkways.
The same crew can handle the grading, sprinklers, sod and fencing around them.

Hardscaping in Moses Lake: what to know
Lakefront lots: the 200-foot shoreline zone
Moses Lake is big enough to count as a shoreline of statewide significance under Washington's Shoreline Management Act, and land within 200 feet of the shore falls under the city's Shoreline Master Program. A wall, patio or grading project near the water may need a shoreline permit or exemption before work starts.

Corner lots keep a clear view
On corner lots, nothing in the sight triangle (50 feet along each curb line from the corner) can stand more than 36 inches above the street grade. That includes raised planters and low walls, so they belong outside the triangle or below that height.
City codes change, so confirm current requirements with the city before you build.

What our customers say
“Great work by Dircio's Landscaping! We needed everything-pavers, lawn, irrigation, landscaping. Quick response with a bid and scheduling. The crew was punctual and efficient while on the job. Even our neighbors couldn't believe the work ethic and quality of work. We are so happy with the completion and will enjoy it for years to come. Thank you!”
Susan D. “We had a big project at our new build, a lot of fencing, a lot of sod to be laid including having the land cleared of a lot of rocks and leveled and a sprinkler system installed. We also had them extend our concrete patio. They said it would be a few weeks but got it done in less than 2 weeks! They were quick and efficient and got the job done nicely! Super friendly team and left it looking nice! Whenever we have questions they are quick to answer! Highly recommend!!”

FAQ
Hardscaping in Moses Lake: common questions
Pavers or stamped concrete?
Pavers are individual units, so a section can be lifted and relaid if the ground settles or a repair is needed. Stamped concrete is one continuous slab with a decorative surface. We install both and can help you choose for your yard.
Can you build steps into a sloped yard?
Yes. Block retaining walls with built-in steps, or a paver staircase, make a slope easy to use. You can see examples in our gallery.
