Land Clearing & Lot Leveling in Moses Lake, WA

A lot of Moses Lake's growth is new homes on bare, rocky ground, and before a yard can go in, the lot has to be cleared, graded and leveled. We clear brush and rock, level the ground and prepare the site for landscaping, concrete and fencing.

Because we also install sprinklers, sod, curbing and fences, one crew can take the lot from bare dirt to a finished yard.

Land Clearing & Site Prep in Moses Lake: what to know

  • An acre or more: stormwater rules apply

  • Call 811 before digging

Washington law requires notice to the 811 locate service at least two full business days before excavation, so buried power, gas, water and communication lines get marked first.

  • Near the lake

Grading within 200 feet of the shore falls under the city's Shoreline Master Program, so lakefront lots may need a shoreline permit or exemption before the ground is disturbed.

Reviews

What our customers say

  • “We had a big project at our new build, a lot of fencing, a lot of sod to be laid including having the land cleared of a lot of rocks and leveled and a sprinkler system installed. We also had them extend our concrete patio. They said it would be a few weeks but got it done in less than 2 weeks! They were quick and efficient and got the job done nicely! Super friendly team and left it looking nice! Whenever we have questions they are quick to answer! Highly recommend!!”

  • “We had Dircio's to bid a job for new landscaping on bare land that included a 6' black chain link fence, new irrigation system, top soil and hydroseeding. Jeovani, the owner, came out and walked the property with us and helped come up with a great plan that was budget friendly and conformed to all our request. We couldn't be happier with the results and plan to use them for any future landscaping needs. His crew was very friendly and on time. They even finished the job over a weekend as it ran longer than expected. These guys deserve your business in the greater Ephrata area and beyond!”

Can you remove the rocks from my lot?

Yes. Rocky ground is common on new lots here. We clear rock and debris, then grade and level the soil so sprinklers, sod and concrete can go in.
