Weekly or biweekly, whichever suits your lawn and budget. Every visit includes mowing, trimming and edging.

Yes. We always clean up afterward, so you won't find stray clippings on your walks and driveway.

Sod gives you a finished lawn right away. Hydroseeding sprays seed and mulch over the prepared ground and grows in over the following weeks. We do both, and either one can fill bare spots or start a new lawn.

For seed or hydroseed, mid-August to mid-September, with April to May as the second choice. The cooler weather makes it easier to keep the seedbed moist. On irrigation district water, plan around the dates the water is on. Sod can go down any time during the growing season, as long as it's watered right away.
