What we collect when you use this website or request an estimate, and how we use and protect it.
Who we are
This policy explains how Dircio's Landscaping Inc. ("Dircio's Landscaping," "we," "us") handles information collected through dircioslandscaping.com. Our office is at 129 1st Ave NW, Ephrata, WA 98823.
Information you give us
When you request an estimate through our form, we receive:
- your name and phone number;
- your email address, if you add one;
- the service and town you choose, and the project details you write;
- the language of the page you used, so we can reply in English or Spanish, and the page you sent the form from.
We also receive whatever you share when you call, text or email us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting servers keep standard logs of each visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site saves one setting in your browser's storage: whether you closed the suggestion to switch languages.
Services that help run this site
A few outside services receive information when you use parts of the site. Each one handles it under its own privacy policy:
- Web3Forms delivers the estimate form to our email.
- hCaptcha, run by Intuition Machines, Inc., checks that the form is sent by a person and not a bot. It loads when you start filling in the form and collects information about your device and browser for that check. Its terms of service apply to it.
- Google Maps shows the map on our contact page and may set its own cookies.
- Links to Facebook and Google reviews take you to those sites, where their own policies apply.
How we use your information
- to answer your request, prepare your estimate and schedule the work;
- to contact you by phone, text or email about your request or our work for you;
- to keep customer and business records;
- to protect the site and the form from spam and abuse;
- to meet legal requirements.
How we share it
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their marketing. We share it only:
- with the services listed above, to run the site and deliver your request;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public;
- as part of a sale or transfer of our business, under this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and customer records as long as we need them to respond to you, do the work, honor our warranties, and keep the business and tax records the law requires.
How we protect it
The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the form is sent over it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the form.
Your choices

Do Not Track: some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. We don't track visitors across other websites, so the site works the same whether or not the signal is on.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
