These terms apply to your use of dircioslandscaping.com, run by Dircio's Landscaping Inc. ("Dircio's Landscaping," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Estimates and services

The site describes our services in general terms. Sending a request through the site doesn't create a contract, and the site doesn't set prices.

Prices, schedules, warranties (including our warranty on new sprinkler systems) and the other terms of any job are set in your written estimate or contract. If anything on the site differs from your written estimate or contract, the estimate or contract controls.

Local rules and seasonal advice

Our town pages summarize city codes, utility rules and permit requirements, with links to the official sources, and our FAQs give general seasonal advice for Central Washington. This is general information, not legal, engineering or other professional advice.

Codes, permit rules and utility programs change, and they can apply differently to each property. Always confirm current requirements with your city, county or utility before you build or water. We're not responsible for decisions made based only on these summaries.

Photos and reviews

Our gallery and project photos show our own work. Some images on the service overview cards are illustrations, not photos of our projects.

Customer reviews are shown in the customers' own words. Every property is different, so results vary from job to job.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Dircio's Landscaping Inc. or are used with permission. You may view and share our pages for personal use, but please don't copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Using the site

Please don't use the site or its forms to send spam, false requests or harmful code, try to get into parts of the site or its systems you're not meant to, or copy the site in bulk with automated tools.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the courts of Grant County, Washington.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
